What is Atterra?

A commercial real estate intelligence platform. Ownership, transactions, people and underwriting live in one place, so you can find the deal, know who's behind it and model it without switching tools.

Why is it invite only?

We want every early user to get real attention, and we want the data and workflows shaped by practitioners before we open up. Keeping the group small lets us do both.

Why do you ask for my license?

Some features depend on your role and license status. Sharing it now speeds up review. You'll confirm it again during setup.

Pricing is shared during onboarding. Beta users help us set it.
