Nevada Secretary of State Entity Number E51156852025-2, Nevada Business Identification NV20253420452. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information when you visit bizfactorynv.com.
2. Information we collect
We collect only what you submit through the contact form on this website: your name, email address, subject line, and message. We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, or any third-party JavaScript beyond Google Fonts for typography. Server logs may record your IP address briefly for abuse prevention; these logs are deleted after 2 minutes.
3. How we use it
Contact form submissions are forwarded by email to our operations team via Amazon Simple Email Service (SES). We use the information solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Where data lives
All infrastructure is hosted in Amazon Web Services in the United States. Static site assets are served from Amazon CloudFront. The contact form backend runs on AWS Lambda with a short-lived rate-limit ledger in Amazon DynamoDB (entries auto-expire within 2 minutes). Outbound email delivery is through Amazon SES.
5. Retention
Contact form submissions reach our inbox and are retained for the duration of business correspondence. We do not maintain a separate database of submitter records. Application logs are retained for seven days in Amazon CloudWatch and then auto-deleted.
6. Your rights
You may request deletion of any record we hold about you by emailing chris@bizfactorynv.com. We will action verifiable requests within thirty days. We do not respond to automated bulk requests.
7. Children
The website is not directed to children under thirteen and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
8. Changes
If we materially change this Policy we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the website after the update constitutes acceptance.
