We do not sell, share, or rent your personal information
Business Factory Corporation does not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not rent or otherwise disclose your personal information to data brokers.
We do not use cookies, analytics, or third-party trackers
This website does not set cookies. It does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, Mixpanel, or any other analytics or advertising platform. The only third-party network requests this site makes are to Google Fonts (for typography), the Three.js and Vanta.js public CDNs (for the hero animation), and Amazon Web Services endpoints we operate ourselves (for the contact form). None of these third-party resources are configured to collect identifying information about you.
What we do collect
The only personal information we collect is what you voluntarily submit through our contact form: your name, email address, subject line, and message. Server logs may briefly record your IP address for abuse prevention; these records are auto-deleted within two minutes. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.
Your rights under California law (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you.
- Delete personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (we do neither — so the right is automatically honored).
- Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.
Your rights under EU and UK law (GDPR / UK GDPR)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection under Articles 15–22 of the GDPR. The legal basis for our limited processing of contact-form submissions is your consent (Article 6(1)(a)) and our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).
How to exercise your rights
Email chris@bizfactorynv.com with the subject line "Privacy Request" and the action you would like us to take. We will action verifiable requests within thirty days at no cost. We do not respond to automated bulk requests.
Authorized agents
If you are submitting a request on behalf of another person under the California Consumer Privacy Act, please include proof of authorization with your request.
